Refund Policy

1. Overview
At VIBGYOR EDU HUB, we are committed to providing high-quality NAATI CCL preparation resources that genuinely help students achieve their goals. We take the value of your investment seriously and aim to be fair and transparent about when and how refunds apply.
Because all of our products are delivered digitally — meaning you receive immediate access to course materials, audio files, vocabulary resources, and mock tests upon purchase — our refund terms reflect the nature of digital goods. Please read this policy in full before completing any purchase.
2. Our Digital Products
All courses, packages, and resources sold by VIBGYOR EDU HUB are digital products delivered online. These include:
- NAATI CCL self-preparatory packages (dialogues, vocabulary, PDFs, audio files)
- NAATI CCL crash courses and mock test packages
- Recent exam dialogue and vocabulary packs
- Unlimited access packages
- Vocabulary booster packs
Because access to these materials is granted immediately upon payment, they cannot be "returned" in the same way a physical product can. This fundamentally shapes our refund eligibility criteria, as described below.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund in the following circumstances:
✔ You have not accessed any course content, materials, or resources since purchasing, and you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase date.
✔ You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical or payment error on our end.
✔ You did not receive any access credentials or portal access within 48 hours of a confirmed payment, and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
✔ The course content delivered is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund under the first condition above, we will verify through our platform logs that the course content has not been viewed, downloaded, or interacted with. If any materials have been accessed, the refund request will not be approved.
Refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and is subject to our review of the circumstances of each request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to issue refunds in the following situations:
✗ You have accessed or downloaded any part of the course content, including dialogues, vocabulary lists, PDFs, or audio files.
✗ More than 7 days have passed since your purchase date.
✗ You changed your mind about the course after purchase without accessing support from our team first.
✗ You did not pass your NAATI CCL — our courses are preparation tools, and results cannot be guaranteed.
✗ You claim that you were unaware of the refund policy, as it is clearly published on our website prior to checkout.
✗ The purchase was made as a discounted, promotional, or bundled offer unless a specific guarantee was explicitly stated for that offer.
✗ Your account was suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service.
We encourage all prospective students to carefully review course descriptions, access durations, and included materials before completing a purchase. If you have questions about a course before buying, please reach out to our team — we are happy to help you choose the right package.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase meets the eligibility criteria above, please follow these steps to submit a refund request:
Send an email to support@vibgyoreduhub.com.au with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Full Name]".
Provide your full name, registered email address, order confirmation number, course name, and the reason for your refund request.
Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days. We may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. If the request is declined, we will explain the reason and may suggest an alternative resolution.
6. Processing & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, the following timelines apply:
- Processing initiation: Within 3 business days of approval.
- Credit card refunds: Typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- PayPal or other payment platforms: Typically within 3–5 business days.
VIBGYOR has no control over the specific timing of refunds once they have been initiated with the payment processor. If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, we recommend checking with your bank before contacting us.
Course access will be revoked at the time a refund is approved and processed.
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact VIBGYOR directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us are considered a breach of this policy.
If a chargeback is filed, VIBGYOR reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated user account and contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery, access logs, and any prior communication. A successful chargeback does not constitute a waiver of any amounts owed to VIBGYOR.
Users who have initiated fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing future VIBGYOR products or services.
