By accessing or using the VIBGYOR EDU HUB website, online learning portal, or any course materials (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

VIBGYOR EDU HUB is an online education platform specialising in NAATI CCL (Credentialed Community Language) test preparation and PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) coaching for individuals seeking skilled migration to Australia. Our Services include online courses, vocabulary packs, audio dialogues, mock tests, PDF study materials, and optional one-on-one advisory support.

VIBGYOR EDU HUB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NAATI Ltd, Pearson VUE, the Australian Department of Home Affairs, or any Australian government body. All course materials are independently developed for educational and preparation purposes only.

3. Eligibility

To access and use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if younger.
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be barred from receiving the Services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

By registering for an account or purchasing a course, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

4. User Accounts

Account Security

You must notify VIBGYOR immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. VIBGYOR is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Account Sharing

Course access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person. Each licence purchased grants access to a single user only. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where sharing is detected without notice or refund.

5. Courses & Digital Products

Access Period

Each course or package specifies an access duration (for example, lifetime access, 8-week access, or 10-week access). Your access begins from the date of purchase and expires at the end of the stated access period unless otherwise specified. VIBGYOR does not guarantee that access will continue beyond the stated period.

Content Updates

VIBGYOR may update, revise, or remove course content at any time to reflect changes in exam formats, community language standards, or educational best practices. While we strive to keep content current, we do not guarantee that all materials reflect the most recent NAATI CCL or PTE exam patterns at all times.

No Outcome Guarantee

Our courses are designed to assist with preparation. However, VIBGYOR makes no guarantee that completing a course will result in a passing score, a specific test outcome, or a successful visa application. Individual results will vary based on prior language ability, study effort, and other personal factors.

Technical Requirements

Access to the VIBGYOR portal requires a stable internet connection and a compatible browser. VIBGYOR is not responsible for any inability to access materials due to technical issues on the user's end, including but not limited to device incompatibility, browser restrictions, or internet outages.

6. Payments & Pricing

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. VIBGYOR reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already completed and confirmed.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. VIBGYOR does not store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment method you are using is yours or that you have authorisation to use it.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your access details. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at support@vibgyoreduhub.com.au.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails or is reversed, your course access may be suspended. VIBGYOR is not responsible for course access issues caused by payment failures originating from your bank or payment provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through VIBGYOR's Services — including but not limited to course materials, audio dialogues, vocabulary lists, PDF resources, mock tests, lesson scripts, branding, and website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of VIBGYOR EDU HUB or its licensed content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of a course grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to access and use the materials for your own private study purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or republish any course material in any format.
• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any materials to third parties.
• Record, screen-capture, or re-upload any audio or video content.
• Use any materials for commercial purposes or group instruction without written consent from VIBGYOR.

Any unauthorised use of VIBGYOR's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

8. Acceptable Use

When using VIBGYOR's Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, server, or database.
• Introduce malicious software, scripts, or automated bots to the platform.
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information through any form or communication channel.

VIBGYOR is an independent education provider. References to NAATI CCL or PTE Academic are made for descriptive purposes only. We are not agents of NAATI Ltd, Pearson, or the Australian Government, and our materials do not constitute official test preparation endorsed by any examination authority.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VIBGYOR EDU HUB, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

In any case, VIBGYOR's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid to VIBGYOR in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
